  • Launch Odin3 V3.12.3.exe on your PC after extraction.
  • Activate OEM Unlock on your Galaxy S6 Edge or S6 by heading to Settings > About Device > Tap the build number 7 times to unlock developer options. Re-enter settings, access developer options, and toggle on “OEM unlock.”
  • Enter download mode on your S6/S6 Edge by powering it off completely and then holding the Volume Down + Home + Power keys while turning it on. Press Volume Up upon boot-up.
  • Connect your phone to your PC; the ID: COM box in Odin3 should turn blue upon successful connection.
  • Select the “AP” tab in Odin, then choose the downloaded TWRP recovery.img.tar file.
  • Ensure that only “F. Reset Time” is ticked in Odin3 before initiating the flash by clicking the Start button.
  • Wait for the green light above the ID: COM box to indicate completion, then disconnect your device.
  • Boot into TWRP recovery without restarting your device by pressing the Volume Down + Home + Power keys simultaneously, then switching from Volume Down to Volume Up while keeping the Power + Home keys pressed.
  • In TWRP Recovery, allow modifications, go to “Install,” locate the SuperSU.zip file, and select and confirm Flash.
  • After flashing SuperSU.zip, reboot your device into the system.
  • Check for SuperSU in the app drawer upon booting up, and install BusyBox from the Play Store.
  • Verify root access with Root Checker to confirm completion of the process.
