UAG Cases Pre-Order for Samsung Galaxy S8

Samsung is set to reveal its highly-anticipated Galaxy S flagship next month, with reports suggesting an announcement on March 29th, yet confirmation remains pending. The official dates are expected to be disclosed on February 27th during the Mobile World Congress. The Galaxy S8 is generating immense buzz as a standout device for the year, fueling a constant stream of news and rumors typical for flagship releases. Leading up to the unveiling, various cases and renders of the Galaxy S8 have surfaced, and now, UAG cases have emerged showcasing the device render alongside the protective case.

UAG Cases Pre-Order for Samsung Galaxy S8 – Overview

Galaxy S8 is anticipated to eschew the traditional home button, as evident in all renders and purported live images circulating thus far. The absence of a home button has enabled designers to maximize the screen-to-body ratio, resulting in slender bezels and an expanded display for a true edge-to-edge viewing experience. Both the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are poised to feature a dual-curved display, further enhancing their aesthetics.

To accommodate the absence of the home button, the fingerprint sensor will be positioned alongside the rear camera. The volume controls and power button will be consolidated on the left side, while a dedicated button for Samsung’s AI assistant, Bixby, will grace the right side. Featuring 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch displays respectively, the Galaxy S8 lineup will harness the power of Snapdragon 835 SoC, crafted with the 9nm process, offering configurations with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and a base storage of 64GB.

When it comes to the veracity of the design details, case makers often receive early access to device dimensions and aesthetics to kickstart accessory production. While some leaked details may align with the final product, variations can still be expected as the official unveiling approaches.
