Fix The “Mobile Network Not Available” Issue On A Samsung Galaxy

If you have a Samsung Galaxy device, you might have faced the common issue of getting a “Mobile Network Not Available” message.  In this guide, we’re going to show you how you can fix that issue.

Fix Samsung Galaxy ”mobile Network Not Available”:

Method 1:

Step 1: Open Settings

Step 2: Tap Wireless and Networks.

Step 3: Tap Mobile Networks.

Step 4: Select Network Operators.  You should see that it’s on automatic mode as this is the default setting.

Step 6: Change the setting to manually.

Step 7: Restart device.

Method 2:

Step 1: Open dialer

Step 2: Dial ##4636##

Step 3: You should see the testing menu

Step 4: Tap click phone/device information.

Step 5: Tap Run ping test.

Step 6: Select GSM Auto (PRL)

Step 7: Tap Turn off radio.

Step 8: Restart device.

Method 3:

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Tap About device.

Step 3: Tap Software update.

Step 4: Choose the option Check for update.

Step 5: Install  latest update.

Method 4:

The last resort, if none of the previous methods worked would be to do a factory reset.  Do so by these following steps

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Tap Backup and Reset.

Step 3: Select Factory Data reset.
