All you need is a rooted Android device and the right terminologies used for graphics. You can download and install the GL Tools from Play Store. But before you begin enjoying its benefits, it needs to gain root access on your device. The app is more effective when you use it on a device that runs on a low end.

The first thing that you will need to do is go to Play store and download and install the GL Tools app. It comes with a price though. So you have to be sure that you want to enhance your graphics or else regret ever buying the app. After installation, you tap on the app to open it.

Next, you need to choose a plugin for GL Tools. Select TEX(DE)coder by tapping on it. By choosing this, you will get more options than the original settings.
