Galaxy Tab S3 Leaks Confirm S-Pen & AKG Audio

As the countdown continues with only two days remaining, Samsung is gearing up for its press event at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 26th, during which the company is poised to unveil its premium flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S3. Early glimpses through renders and live images of the tablet suggest that visually, it may bear a resemblance to its predecessor. However, Samsung has enhanced its offerings by introducing support for various accessories such as the S-Pen and keyboard, elevating the tablet’s capabilities. Recently leaked images by TechnoBuffalo provide further insight into the tablet’s design, color choices, and features ahead of the official unveiling.

Galaxy Tab S3 Leaks Confirm S-Pen & AKG Audio – Overview

As per previous reports, the Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to include an S-Pen accessory, which will be packaged alongside the tablet despite the absence of a dedicated docking space. Notably, the accompanying images depict a stylus that differs from previous S-Pens, featuring a thicker build resembling Microsoft’s Surface Pen. The visuals also reveal two available color choices for the tablet: silver and black, with the showcased silver variant bearing the marking ‘Tuned by AKG,’ indicating that the Galaxy Tab S3 will offer AGK audio support.

AGK stands for AGK Acoustics, a subsidiary of Harman International, which Samsung acquired recently. Samsung has likely integrated audio technology from AGK Acoustics into the Galaxy Tab S3. In terms of other specifications, the tablet is expected to boast a 9.6-inch AMOLED display and be equipped with a Snapdragon 820 SoC, complemented by 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 128GB of internal storage. With each new leak and feature disclosure, the Galaxy Tab S3 continues to pique interest. Considering the information so far, do you think Samsung may have a winner on its hands with this tablet?
